You are allowed to struggle.

You are allowed to cry.

You are allowed to not cope.

You are allowed to feel anxious.

You are allowed to feel lost.

You are allowed to not know.

You are allowed to say no.

You are allowed to want answers.

You are allowed to be a mess.

You are allowed to take a step back.

You are allowed to step forwards.

You are allowed to reach out for help.

You are allowed to care for yourself.

You are allowed to want space.

You are allowed to try again.

You are allowed to admit you were wrong.

You are allowed to want to better yourself.

You are allowed to take time.

You are allowed to have flaws.

You are allowed to love yourself.

You are allowed to show up for yourself.

You are allowed to be proud of yourself.

You are allowed to be a work in progress.

You are allowed to take control of your life.
