You don’t wait until you have a build up of plaque to clean your teeth. You brush your teeth every morning and night without even questioning it. Somehow our mental health doesn’t seem to hold that same priority in our daily routine, until we hit a state of crisis.
We all have mental health, everyday the quality of it can be different and sometimes our brain doesn’t quite work properly which can be terrifying. But if we make a promise to care for ourselves on a daily basis and work on our mental hygiene then, like our teeth, we won’t have excess plague stuck on our brain and that’s a good place to start.
